Dr. MacIntyre provides forensic psychiatric consultation, evaluations, expert reports, and testimony in criminal, civil, employment, regulatory, and other medical-legal matters. He works with attorneys, courts, physicians, healthcare organizations, insurers, public agencies, municipalities, counties, and other institutional clients in California and nationally. His forensic work has included matters for cities and counties. His opinions are grounded in current clinical science, the applicable legal standard, and established ethical principles.

Dr. MacIntyre holds medical licenses in California and New York and is available for evaluations and consultation in both states.
